Two previous projects:

1. In 2003 I authored Initiative 101, a proposed ordinance for Denver called “Safety through Peace”, that was based on decades of peer-reviewed scientific research on increasing public safety by reducing societal stress. The intent was to reduce the epidemic of stress, the major root cause of violence of all kinds, and to "insure (ensure) domestic tranquility" as prescribed by the Preamble of the U.S. Constitution.  During the campaign, I was interviewed by:
